A month ago I requested
the citymanager set up a meeting with WSSC for residents and the city council to hold WSSC accountable for their failure to
respond to resident needs, and the poor management of their work in this community. The District 20 Delegation and County
Councilmember Ervin had come aboard to help the city with this issue, and I thank them for their support. Please come
out to the meeting to help WSSC understand how they are impacting the city, and to make it clear that we expect better.
Additionally, I would like to collect a written record of the specifics, particularly for Ward Two, but I will
include any comments and photos that I receive. If you would like your specific issue included, please email a page
with the location and description, details that may be helpful, as well as a photo if possible.
